Do you have to download content when you put in a Xbox360 disc in?

You know when you put in Ps3 games in your Ps3 its says you need to download content for it. Does the Xbox360 do the same thing? I need to know because I will soon buy a hard drive for it and i’m not really sure how much GB i need?

   No,But you have the option to install the game on the Hard drive (Still requires disc) which makes the game load faster.
