How can I repair the ring scratch on my xbox 360 game?

I tried to play my Modern Warfare 2 Xbox 360 game this evening and it didn’t work. The xbox just displayed the message “open tray” when the game was inserted. The disk itself has a deep ring scratch halfway between the centre and the edge. What can I do? Where can I get the disk repaired? Will there be any lasting damage to my console?

   Simple problem just take the disk to your nearest games store and they should be able to fix the disk disk like new for about $6 in a matter of minuites. Oh and the console is fine this happens with xbox games sometimes nothing to worry about
