How do you download and burn microsoft xbox 360 games?

I want to know how to download and burn xbox 360 games. My friend says you don’t need a mod chip to do it, but which websites can I download the games from? Anyone have any clue?
A lot of the games I will just be playing offline.

   do it without a mod chip and have one of 3 things happen…..get caught by microsoft and get a fine…get the RROD or it simply wont work…but dont take my wor dfor it…give it a try

   My brother downloads games and plays them on his 360 all the time… hasn’t had a problem yet. He used to download them on torrent sites, but its hard to find decent quality games. There are some websites out there that charge you to download from their library of games, but they always work, especially online which is hard to find. One game didn’t work once, and they refunded him the price. Check the link down below.
