How long does it take for an Xbox 360 repair by Microsoft?
Microsoft is sending me a box so they can fix my Xbox 360 because it barely reads discs anymore. Does anyone know how long a repair typically takes?

Well My 360 was overheating a lot so i sent it in and i got it back in like a week and a half it doesnt really take that long my friend got his back within the same time period
2-3 weeks, when you get it back you get 1month free xbox live card
took me about a month (3 1/2) wks but they gave me a free live card for a month
I just had hardware failure, too! Hooray! ehhh, yuck. They say it should be done in 2-3 weeks after they receive it. So it doesn’t seem like that’s too long. but we’ll miss the console update and all that new stuff. Lame.
I just sent mine in and it was back within exactly a week later. I sent one in right after launch and it took 2-3 weeks but they are better now.
idk i have to send mine in to witch suckes cause ive bin wateing for the new update finaly comes next week and it dosnt work

when you call complain and you will get xbox live gold membership for a month.
