My Xbox 360 just got the three red lights I was wanting to know will that effect my hardrive?

My Xbox 360 just got the three red lights(ring of death) on my Xbox 360. I was wanting to know will that effect my harddrive any? Will I lose anything that was saved onto my harddrive?

   Well that is the red ring of death. It should not effect your hard drive. That has happened to mine 1 or 2 times. You can send it into Microsoft and they should fix it/send you a new one. You might want to go to xbox.com to find out more info.

   No it did not harm my hard drive when it happened to me… DAMN Microsoft great games crappy hardware!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
